By booking with us, you automatically agree to our policies.
We require all new clients to book 1 - week in advance. All existing clients may book 72-hours in advance.
Booking a session online with us guarantees a session, but it does not guarantee that designated time and date. you scheduled to book online. You will be contacted if the designated time and date you selected is not available and you will be provided with options for an alternative time and date.
Once you have booked, you have committed to a session with us and no refunds will be issued. All session cancellations require 3 full business days (this does not include Saturday or Sunday) to prevent a missed appointment fee. If you have not contacted us to cancel in advance and/or you have not shown up for your scheduled session within 15 minutes, we will assume you forego your session and a $50 missed appointment charge will be incurred. You will receive a separate invoice that you will be required to pay. We will then need to pick a time and date to reschedule the missed session.
If your session runs over, you will be charged accordingly. Our billing works in 15 minute increments. Once your allotted time goes over, it goes into the next 15 minute billing block. You will receive a separate invoice that you will be required to pay.
