Thanksgiving Hash!

When you are hash heads like us, you are always looking to take your hash game to the next level. This recipe came to us just in time for the holiday! And it tastes like Thanksgiving in a bowl.



Ingredients: - 3 Sweet Potatoes, chopped - 5 small Russet Potatoes, chopped - 1 Celeriac, chopped - 2 Onions, chopped - 2 Apples, chopped - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Curry powder - 2 tbsp Olive Oil - 1/3 cup Sage, chopped


Directions:

1. Combine sweet potatoes, potatoes, celeriac and onion in a large mixing bowl. Massage in olive oil, combine and mix ingredients well with hands. 2. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper and spread potato mixture evenly onto trays. 3. Generously sprinkle with even amounts onion powder, garlic powder and curry (approx. 1 tbsp of each per tray) 4. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 50 minutes stirring half way through. 5. When done, remove from oven and combine with the apple and sage. 6. Serve and Enjoy! We served ours with homemade ketchup!
